Khwezi Reports On Ladies March

It was a peaceful walk from Durban Christian Centre to Durban Community Hall on 1 September organised by Zanele LaMbokazi Nkambule,

where ladies and girls from age 9 took part in. The theme of the march was:

NO TO ABUSE……….NO TO SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE…………. NO TO SUGAR DADDIES………… DON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO STEAL YOUR DREAMS…………. DON’T BE JEALOUS OF EACH OTHER AS LADIES…………. STOP PREGNANCY BEFORE TIME.

But what needed in young ladies

SELF ESTEEM, SUCCESS, FIXING EACH OTHERS CROWN, EDUCATION, HARD WORK, GET JOBS AND DO NOT DEPEND ON SUGAR DADDIES.

Zanele LaMbokazi Nkambule encouraged mothers to talk to their girls, since mothers are nowadays afraid to talk to their children. The topic was “OUR GIRLS MUST NOT GO THROUGH WHAT WE WENT THROUGH”

After the guest speakers address a book was launched named “DEAR DAUGHTER”. After lunch time was  aside for “talk between mothers and daughters” and “questions and answers” directed at the guest speakers.
