It was a great day in South Africa

as many people were looking forward to seeing who wins the 2017 Comrades Marathon 'Up Run' that took place on 6 June 2017 from Durban to Pietermaritzburg. Radio Khwezi was there to report live from the scene and give the listeners all information on the race. The men’s title was won by Bongumusa Mthembu who was born and raised in Bulwer in the South of the KwaZulu-Natal province, he completed the 'up' run from Durban to Pietermaritzburg in 5:35:34.
