Khwezi Journalist Among The Top

On Saturday, 14 April 2018, winners of the eighth radio awards were revealed,

held at the Sandton Convention Centre. The main aim of the Liberty Radio Awards is to encourage radio personalities to raise the bars and keep listeners entertained and informed. They awarded examples of excellence in radio and fine-tuned talent. Both Liberty Radio Awards CEO Lance Rothschild and Liberty group divisional director of group communications, Nerina Bodasing, welcomed attendees to the gala dinner. Radio Khwezi received an award under "Music Show"; but in the category "Night Time Crew" which airs Monday-Friday Radio Khwezi also received an award. This Show started in 2013, presented by Saziso Dlamini. Our presenter was very excited to receive an award because the Liberty Radio Awards are the most recognized awards across the country.
