On the 24th of July 2016, Radio Khwezi attended a community meeting in KwaSthebe in Mandeni organised by the Honourable Minister of Labour Mildred Oliphant.

On the 20th of July Radio Khwezi attended a meeting where KZN Education MEC Mthandeni Dlungwana visited the Ndukende Secondary School in KwaMaphumulo, where a 23-year-old girl Khethiwe Xulu attended.

Pre-school Funding.

On the 19th of July 2016, two journalists from Radio Khwezi attended a meeting set up by the NLC. The NLC has invested seventy nine million eight hundred thousand rand in twenty on crèches in KZN.
